Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) invites applications for a Graphic Design Intern to support the Academy’s institutional communication, exhibitions, publications, programs, and digital content.

This internship opportunity is open to creative and motivated students, recent graduates, and emerging graphic designers who are interested in working at the intersection of art, culture, design, and visual communication.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design posters, banners, invitations, social media graphics, and promotional materials for exhibitions, programs, and institutional activities.

Assist in the design and layout of publications, reports, brochures, and other printed materials.

Create visual content for the Academy’s digital platforms.

Assist in developing visual identities for exhibitions, events, and programs.

Support other graphic design and visual communication tasks as required.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or other relevant design software.

Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual communication.

Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

A design portfolio is preferred.

 

Internship Details

Duration: 1–3 months

Location: Nepal Academy of Fine Arts, Kathmandu

Stipend: Will be provided.
