नेपाल ललितकला प्रज्ञा–प्रतिष्ठान आफ्नो संस्थागत सञ्चार, दृश्य अभिलेखीकरण, डिजिटल कन्टेन्ट निर्माण, सम्पादन तथा कला–सम्बन्धी खोज, अनुसन्धान र दस्तावेजीकरण कार्यमा सहकार्य गर्न इच्छुक विद्यार्थी, हालै अध्ययन पूरा गरेका तथा उदीयमान नवपुस्ताका सिर्जनशील व्यक्तिहरूबाट विभिन्न भूमिकाका लागि इन्टर्नसिप आवेदन आह्वान गर्दछ।

ललितकला, कला इतिहास, सञ्चार, मिडिया, फोटोग्राफी, भिडियोग्राफी, डिजाइन, लेखन, अनुसन्धान वा सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रमा रुचि तथा दक्षता भएका इच्छुक उम्मेदवारहरूलाई यस कार्यक्रममा सहभागी हुन हार्दिक आमन्त्रण गरिन्छ।

१. फोटोग्राफर (Photographer) 

जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• प्रतिष्ठानका कार्यक्रम, प्रदर्शनी, कलाकार, कलाकृति, अन्तर्वार्ता तथा संस्थागत गतिविधिहरूको गुणस्तरीय तस्विरहरू खिच्ने।
• कार्यक्रम, कलाकृतिको प्रकृति, सौन्दर्यशास्त्र र सन्दर्भअनुसार उपयुक्त lighting, framing, angle, composition तथा visual language प्रयोग गर्ने।
• कलाकृति तथा कार्यक्रमका तस्बिरहरू व्यवस्थित रूपमा अभिलेखीकरण र फाइल व्यवस्थापन गर्ने।
• आवश्यकतानुसार संस्थागत प्रकाशन, वेबसाइट तथा सामाजिक सञ्जालका लागि उपयुक्त तस्बिर तयार गर्ने।

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप:

• फोटोग्राफी क्षेत्रको अध्ययन, तालिम तथा अनुभव भएको ।
• DSLR/Mirrorless क्यामेरा तथा सम्बन्धित उपकरणको राम्रो ज्ञान भएको ।
• प्रकाश, कम्पोजिसन, फ्रेमिङ र Visual storytelling सम्बन्धी  ज्ञान भएको ।
• कला गतिविधिको दृश्य दस्तावेजीकरणमा रुचि।

२. भिडियोग्राफर (Videographer)

जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• प्रतिष्ठानका कार्यक्रम, प्रदर्शनी, गतिविधि, अन्तर्वार्ता तथा डिजिटल कन्टेन्टका लागि गुणस्तरीय भिडियो खिच्ने।
• विभिन्न format र platform का लागि आवश्यकताअनुसार video खिच्ने।
• Camera, Lens, Tripod, Microphone, Lighting तथा आवश्यक विभिन्न उपकरणको प्रयोग र व्यवस्थापन गर्ने। 
• आवश्यकतानुसार interview तथा event documentation का लागि उपयुक्त audio–visual setup तयार गर्ने। 

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप:

• भिडियोग्राफी तथा visual storytelling मा रुचि र अनुभव भएको ।
• Camera, lens, tripod तथा audio-recording उपकरणको प्रयोगसम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको ।
• Gimbal, Drone लगायतका उपकरण सञ्चालनसम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको ।
• Framing, Composition, Lighting र Basic cinematography सम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको ।
• टिमसँग समन्वय गरी काम गर्न सक्ने ।

३. भिडियो एडिटर (Video Editor)

 जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• प्रतिष्ठानका कार्यक्रम, प्रदर्शनी, कलाकार, अन्तर्वार्ता तथा कला–सम्बन्धी विषयवस्तुको भिडियो सम्पादन गर्ने।
• कला विषयको प्रकृतिअनुसार visual rhythm, pacing, sound, typography तथा storytelling को प्रयोग गर्ने।
• प्रतिष्ठानका विभिन्न सामाजिक सञ्जालका लागि विभिन्न format र aspect ratio मा भिडियो तयार गर्ने। 
• आवश्यकतानुसार subtitles, titles, graphics, transitions तथा sound design समावेश गर्ने।

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप

• Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve वा Final Cut Pro लगायतका भिडियो एडिटिङ टुल प्रयोग गर्न सक्ने । 
• Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube लगायतका platform का विभिन्न video formats तथा aspect ratios सम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको ।
• Basic colour correction, sound editing तथा motion graphics सम्बन्धी ज्ञान भएको ।
• समयसीमा पालना गरी गुणस्तरीय काम सम्पन्न गर्न सक्ने क्षमता भएको ।

४. कन्टेन्ट राइटर (Content Writer)

जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• प्रतिष्ठानका कार्यक्रम, प्रदर्शनी, कलाकार, परियोजना तथा संस्थागतका बारेमा तथ्यपरक र प्रभावकारी कन्टेन्ट तयार गर्ने।
• प्रतिष्ठानका सामाजिक सञ्जाल, वेबसाइट, प्रेस सामग्री, सूचना तथा अन्य संस्थागत सञ्चारका लागि लेखन गर्ने। 
• नेपालको कला अभ्याससँग सम्बन्धित विषयमा अनुसन्धानमा आधारित सामग्री तयार गर्ने।
• कन्टेन्ट नेपाली, अन्य राष्ट्रिय भाषा तथा अंग्रेजी भाषाहरूमा सामग्री तयार तथा सम्पादन गर्ने। 

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप

• नेपाली र अङ्ग्रेजी दुवै भाषामा प्रभावकारी लेखन तथा सम्पादन क्षमता भएको ।
• कलामा रुचि भएको ।
• Creative Writing, Editorial Writing तथा Research Based Writing मा रुचि वा अनुभव भएको ।
• Fact checking, proofreading को क्षमता भएको ।

५. आर्ट कन्टेन्ट क्रियटर (Art Content Creator)

जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• कला, कलाकार, प्रदर्शनी, कला इतिहास तथा समकालीन कला अभ्याससँग सम्बन्धित सिर्जनात्मक डिजिटल कन्टेन्ट विकास गर्ने।
• सामाजिक सञ्जालका लागि visual storytelling, reels, short content, graphics तथा अन्य डिजिटल कन्टेन्ट तयार गर्ने। 
• कलाका विविध विषयलाई सरल तथा सिर्जनात्मक तरिकाले प्रस्तुत गर्ने।
• Content planning तथा social media communication मा सहकार्य गर्ने।

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप

• कला तथा संस्कृतिप्रति गहिरो रुचि भएको ।
• नेपाली र अङ्ग्रेजी दुवै भाषाम content development क्षमता भएको ।
• Visual communication तथा digital content creation सम्बन्धी सीप भएको ।
• सिर्जनात्मक सोच, नयाँ कुरा सिक्ने क्षमता तथा सहकार्य गर्ने व्यावसायिक दृष्टिकोण भएको ।
• Graphic design, photography, video editing वा social media content creation सम्बन्धी अतिरिक्त सीप भएको ।

६. आर्ट रिसर्च असिस्टेन्ट (Art Research Assistant Intern)

जिम्मेवारीहरू:

• नेपाली तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय कला, कलाकार, कला इतिहास, विविध कला अभ्यास तथा प्रवृत्तिहरूका विषयमा अनुसन्धान गर्ने।
• लेख, प्रदर्शनी, परियोजना, प्रकाशन तथा संस्थागत अभिलेखका लागि तथ्य, सन्दर्भ र स्रोत सामग्री सङ्कलन गर्ने। 
• पुस्तक, अभिलेख, डिजिटल स्रोत तथा अन्य विश्वसनीय reference materials को अध्ययन तथा documentation गर्ने।
• अनुसन्धानबाट प्राप्त सामग्रीलाई व्यवस्थित research notes, reports, presentations वा अन्य आवश्यक format मा तयार गर्ने।
• आवश्यकतानुसार कलाकार, कला संस्था तथा सम्बन्धित सरोकारवालासँग संवाद र सूचना सङ्कलनमा सहकार्य गर्ने।
• अनुसन्धान, अभिलेख तथा प्रकाशन विभागका लागि सहयोग गर्ने ।

आवश्यक योग्यता तथा सीप

• Fine Arts, Art History, Humanities, Cultural Studies वा सम्बन्धित विषयमा अध्ययनरत वा स्नातक तह पूरा गरेको।
• अनुसन्धान, सूचना सङ्कलन तथा स्रोत विश्लेषण गर्ने क्षमता भएको ।
• लेखन, documentation तथा citation/reference management सम्बन्धी आधारभूत ज्ञान भएको ।
• नेपाली तथा अंग्रेजी भाषामा अध्ययन र सञ्चार गर्न सक्ने क्षमता भएको ।
• कला तथा सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्रप्रति गहिरो रुचि र सिक्ने प्रतिबद्धता भएको ।

Photographer | Videographer | Video Editor | Content Writer | Art Content Creator | Art Research Assistant Intern

The Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) invites applications from students, recent graduates, and emerging young creatives for internship positions supporting the Academy’s work in institutional communications, visual documentation, digital content development, editing, and research and documentation related to the arts.

Students and emerging practitioners with an interest or experience in Fine Arts, Art History, Communications, Media, Photography, Videography, Design, Writing, Research, or related fields are warmly encouraged to apply.

1. Photographer

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs of NAFA’s programmes, exhibitions, artists, artworks, interviews, and institutional activities.
• Apply appropriate lighting, framing, angles, composition, and visual language according to the nature, aesthetics, and context of programmes and artworks.
• Systematically archive and manage photographic documentation and files.
• Prepare photographs for institutional publications, website, social media, and other communication platforms as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Academic background, training, or practical experience in photography.
• Good knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and related equipment.
• Understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Interest in the visual documentation of art and cultural activities.

 

2. Videographer

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video footage of NAFA’s programmes, exhibitions, activities, interviews, and digital content.
• Produce video footage suitable for different formats and digital platforms.
• Operate and manage cameras, lenses, tripods, microphones, lighting, and other relevant equipment.
• Set up appropriate audio-visual equipment for interviews and event documentation as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Interest and practical experience in videography and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of cameras, lenses, tripods, and audio-recording equipment.
• Knowledge of operating equipment such as gimbals and drones.
• Understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and basic cinematography.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

 

3. Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit video content related to NAFA’s programmes, exhibitions, artists, interviews, and art-related activities.
• Apply appropriate visual rhythm, pacing, sound, typography, and storytelling according to the nature of the subject.
• Produce videos in different formats and aspect ratios for NAFA’s social media and digital platforms.
• Incorporate subtitles, titles, graphics, transitions, and sound design where appropriate.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of video formats and aspect ratios used across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Ability to deliver quality work within agreed deadlines.

 

4. Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, engaging, and informative content related to NAFA’s programmes, exhibitions, artists, projects, and institutional activities.
• Write content for NAFA’s social media, website, press materials, notices, publications, and other institutional communication platforms.
• Develop research-based content related to Nepali art practices and the wider field of contemporary art.
• Prepare and edit content in Nepali, other national languages of Nepal and English, as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong writing and editing skills in Nepali and English.
• Genuine interest in art and cultural practices.
• Interest or experience in creative writing, editorial writing, and research-based writing.
• Ability to undertake fact-checking and proofreading.

 

5. Art Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Develop creative digital content related to art, artists, exhibitions, art history, and contemporary art practices.
• Create visual storytelling, reels, short-form content, graphics, and other digital materials for social media platforms.
• Present diverse art-related subjects in accessible, engaging, and creative ways.
• Support content planning and social media communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interest in art and culture.
• Ability to develop content in both Nepali and English.
• Skills in visual communication and digital content creation.
• Creative thinking, willingness to learn, and a professional approach to collaboration.
• Additional skills in graphic design, photography, video editing, or social media content creation will be an advantage.

 

6. Art Research Assistant 

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Nepali and international art, artists, art history, diverse artistic practices, and emerging trends.
• Collect facts, references, and source materials for articles, exhibitions, projects, publications, and institutional archives.
• Study and document books, archival materials, digital sources, and other reliable reference materials.
• Organise research findings into research notes, reports, presentations, or other required formats.
• Assist in communicating with artists, art institutions, and relevant stakeholders for research and information gathering, as required.
• Provide research, archival, and documentation support to the relevant departments of the Academy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Humanities, Cultural Studies, or a related field.
• Ability to conduct research, gather information, and analyse sources.
• Basic knowledge of writing, documentation, and citation/reference management.
• Ability to read, research, and communicate effectively in Nepali and English.
• Strong interest in art and cultural practices, with a commitment to learning and research.

 

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

Duration: 2–3 months
Location: Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Sitabhawan, Naxal, Kathmandu
Stipend: A stipend will be provided.
